Mark Winslow 2/25/03 Mark Winslow - Lead guitar and Vocals (back-up)
Mark is our "fearless leader" of the group and is a very accomplished musician. He began playing at 8 years old when his father gave him his first guitar for Christmas. His father, a professional musician began teaching Mark the instrument. It wasn't long before Mark (at age 14) began playing in local bands. At 16, he was playing professionally at the circuit levels where he traveled and played in South/North Lake Tahoe, Reno, and Las Vegas. This experience helped to refine his early stage presence and guitar style. After several years, Mark settled down to work in a few San Francisco studios where he perfected his musical talents to become a refined musician. His musical influences were many but just to name a few: Chet Adkins, Roy Clark, Dwayne Allman, Jimi Hendricks, Jimmy Page and Norman Blake.
