Push Play is the next stop in D. Floyd's over 40-year musical journey. After
retiring from Go-Go music in November 2019, it was his plan to venture into
Rhythm & Blues (R&B). He wanted to create a group that was Grammy
nomination worthy and that would appeal to real R&B lovers. People who grew up
listening to Jill Scott, Chaka Khan and Lauryn Hill. With the creation of Push Play
he has done just that! D.Floyd has assembled a group of incredible musicians that
is sure to take listeners for a GREAT trip “Back Down Memory Lane.”
The group is comprised of: L-Boogie, Ray & Go-Go Mickey on percussions, Lotty on
Keyboards, Marcus Young on keyboards and vocals, Michael “Funky Ned Neal on
bass. Wendall Santana on lead guitar and D.Floyd on Sax & vocals. Ms. Pam Ward will be climbing the scales from
the lead vocal microphone so PUSH PLAY and enjoy the ride!
